We focus on a providing a comprehensive assessment with evidence-based metrics to properly prescribe your exercise routine.

higher performance package

A year-long program that includes and initial comprehensive assessment, six month re-assessment, individually designed workouts based on your metrics and goals, (4) in-person physical therapist guided workout sessions, and monthly virtual check-ins.

Fitness testing

A comprehensive assessment looking at measures of your physical fitness related to health and longevity including:

  • Cardiorespiratory fitness (VO2 max actual or estimated)

  • Muscular strength compared to normative value for age and sex.

  • Mobility/flexibility

  • Balance

  • Projected ability to complete functional tasks as you age

In-person training sessions an be purchased at a per session rate or at a bundled rate.
